I wasn't sure what I'd feel like, so I took things easier than usual. Yesterday I started feeling a bit off. When I got home, I had a light headache. I took some Ibuprofen and napped for 20 minutes. Then I ate dinner. Then I napped for 30 minutes. I went to bed before 9 and slept 10 hours.

I felt near normal this morning. So I decided a bike/run/bike at an easy effort would probably feel ok. And it did.

On the way home I briefly visited the Frisbee dog competition at the soccer fields by the arboretum. They were doing some sort of distance competition where someone would throw the Frisbee, the dog would race to catch it, and if the dog caught it cleanly, they'd measure the distance. It wasn't clear how many throws they got, but it was several. At the end of each round, the lowest distance dog/thrower team would get dropped.

On the trails at Clinton. Super easy and felt ok, but not quite normal. It feels like something was wrong yesterday and I was a bit worn out from that. Strange.
