Yesterday was too much for me. I woke up feeling mentally out of it and drained. I decide to just hike part of today's course. I took it much easier than yesterday. It was fun, but disappointing to feel so worn.
Felt better a couple of hours after finishing and I'm gonna give tomorrow's sprint a try.
