Blew the first control and went to the wrong one, could see mine from there so OK. Then first pivot misread 9 as 6 and hence the map didnt make any sense. Tony Hill caught me at 6, but managed to get away up the steep hill to 11 and felt strong. Then into the pines to 13 wheer my navigation fell ap[art at got caught again. Out of 13 (second pivot drifted left into a very quiet slope with no features so went right and the control was there about 5m away hiding in a pit. Then scrappy to thend. Surprised to finish before Mr Hill but he still beat me by about 1:15. Stupid errors, but feel lighter on my feet. Must have lost some weight by just not working in an office anymore.
