Louise came home from work early with the news.
One of Louise's mates boyfriend has got Mange/scabies.
Louise was with her mate all weekend and now possible brought it home.

So we have to wash everything and cover ourselves in cream for 24hours. No train.
It's not 100% we have it, could wait a few weeks to find out but probably best nip it in the bud to be on the safe side.

Think it's ok for a rest for me anyway.

Feeling tired so took the morning off to watch WOC long. Feeling a bit shocking on the way to the hill.
Then Got chased by a staffy down the hill after one climb so went for a for a loop to the tip of näset and felt pretty good on the flatter areas so decided I wouldn't do too many climbs today and went up the less steep longer side.
