Home from Jukola
Little sleep over the last 2 nights and now ready for some rest. Feel like I've been working quite hard towards these races (10MILA and Jukola) and now ready for a little down time.
The plan for the next week and a half = run if it's work (eg urban tribes) or if I want to run, if I don't fancy training I'm taking the day off. My family is coming here on Thursday for mid summer so that's a good distraction and gives me a chance to catch up on the beers I feel I've been sacrificing in the build up to the relays.
