Run -- Trail warm up/down 18:00 [2]

Orienteering 1:23:00 [4]

Mora long distance
Very open terrain, made it technically pretty easy + not great planning = a bit dull
Physically not feeling 100% still. Lots of snotting and a bit tight in the chest

lost direction not no6 following the wrong veg boundery
Lost my bottle to no15 and could see the path so bailed out the path

Apart from that pretty good

Run -- Trail 25:00 [2]

Orienteering 19:30 [4]

School session
Rudan knock out forest sprint (1:1250 map)

Feeling tired but still couldn't help racing
Good training
Controls wer red and white tape tying SI unit to a tree

Heat = 1100m / 6min 35sec
not planning enough or using compass enough
http://www.stockholmcitycup.se/doma/show_map.php?u...

Semi = 1000m / 5min 35sec
Better than heat
http://www.stockholmcitycup.se/doma/show_map.php?u...

Final = 1300m / 7min 19sec
Pretty good in the begining (apart from crossing the "uncrossable" ditch at 5).
Until going to 8, I didnt see the first path up the hill next to the cliff (went and looked at it after the race and it was smaller than the other paths) but realised what had happened at the next juntion but didnt plan how to take the control from where I was. Felix overtook me and Robban here and Robban got to the control a head of me. Chased them and punched the wrong gaffle at no9 (so did robban)
