Been sick over the weekend so wouldnt have trained anyway.
Not sure if this effects the rest period because im recovering from sickness rather than resting from training? either way better to be sick while im not training

5th day off

I thought I'd be going mental by now and ripping my hair out, like if i was injured but actually not really had the urge to train at all actually feeling relieved and pleased when I remember Im having some rest. I guess the longer I feel like this, probably the more I needed this rest after all!

So been chatting to Anders from Huddinge AIS and he want me to join the trainings and club but first wants me to take a 2 week total rest.
Not done this before but I think its a good idea, still having some niggles in my ankle and I feel really run down, so I will give it a go and see how I feel after

25manna -- ungaffeled 24th leg

basically ran well technically until i got caught by a lad from Ärla who was shifting. then chased him for the last 1/3 of the course. I was fucked he was fast my legs hurt but stayed within 2m of him the whole time until we got to the last control, my SI didnt register so had to turn back to repunch and a gap open between me and the ärla lad and the pack that he had collected.
wasnt really orienteering, all i could see was his back and check my control codes

My job for the team complete (dont get lost and if you get caught dont let them get away)
