went alright, a bit slow in the orienteering, picking out features and visualising.
but ankle was pretty good but tweaked it twice on the last loop so knocked it on the head

Won, new course record. Running better than I thought.

This actually meant quite a lot to me. Been injured since mid summer so this was the goal to get me training and focused
And especially on Yorkshire day, that really made me want to do well
