same course me and cherry did in 2011. went alot better than then. this is the area cherry said "i hate that place, im not going back there, its just too fucking mental"

(unoffical) Club Championships Trail Running, hilly course in ågesta and a couple of inches of snow turned up over night, and only had road flats

1st, ran in a group for the 2/3s then me and fredrik got away, ran with him until the last 1200-1300m and tried to hold my gap rather than pull away too much

head thought the race wasnt too tough but my legs had no real push, probably running high end threshold and into level 5 on the last climb

Went out to do 20-30mon jog to see how I felt. I felt bad, very tired, sluggish and achy. So that 20-30 quickly became I'm only doing 20, then only doing 15 and then "ill just stretch this out as long as I can". That's where I realised maybe I'm not quite well yet

It was really good, Eddie turned up and gave my session real purpose. Decided to work on pictures and visualizing, went quite well.

Trails in mabie forest
Last run in dumfries, should have gone to this forest more often. Really nice run

Note

I found the last 2 months up in dumfries a bit dull and tough to motivate myself, could be because its been a physical course I've been doing or lack inspiration
But now I'm a fully qualified tree surgeon and feel quite good about life and will try to get back into some good training
