must have banged my leg on the 5th day of oringen because its been sore since. never noticed doing it though

Note

Fairly pleased with Oringen
5 good races. The plan/aim was 5 stable and consistent days but this was better than expected. Me and Göran chatted about getting the first 3days done with out loosening much time and saving the legs for the last few days.
Only lost 4mins though misses in the 5 races. Biggest miss 1.30 on day 2.
I ran the same class 2 years ago, compared to the this week they was totally different. That year I finished 59th, now 24th.

Started off a bit scrappy then got stressed and set off from 4 thinking I was leavening 5! Did a couple more controls but it wasn't going be my day so sacked it off

Was a wake though the night thinking I was going to vomit so tired all day, also still aching from sunday. so not feeling motivated? Still disappointed with myself
