when the physio asked how my foot was i told her its feels abit sore and stiff, she asked "from that one 2min30 run here?"
my reply "Probably from the extra runs ive been doing and not telling you about"
so she now knows ive been for longer than she said on tueday and been doing extra runs on the curve treadmill at every opotunity!
told not to run more than 4mins by the physio but when i finished my 4mins i remembered i know more than any medical professional so rested for a couple of mins then did another 4mins
And it felt alright in the foot but the body felt weird
powered by your effort rather than a treadmil that works for you and you need to keep up. also its curved so feels like your running up hill, so has less pressure on the foot
