Back in york so went to strensal with bazzer
Nice and steady, stopped for a bit when we found the floor burning away. Strensal could with a few tussock setting on fire shame this was in the nice runnable woods
So after a very disappointing week, im upset with myself and the way I have performed over the week and the 2 weeks leading upto the race.
prepaired badly for on the build up drinking a lot and eating loads, and gained 4kg.
the tooth ache (abbess under a filling) in the early part of the week meant I didn't sleep well, I put in a load of pain killers to get though the days but I got really bad in the evenings and though the nigh, and ive been on anti biotics so that could have made me feel abit shit in the back end of this week
another disappointing race, was going really well, orienteering nicely but toward the end I got tired and made a big mistake, stupid, I didn't check my compass as I crossed a path
