took a few controls to get into it then was pretty good
trying to keep steady but kept finding myself getting faster, high end level3

sat all day think i would train tonight when i got the gym pass given to me, hand felt ok, but when i was getting changed ready to train, using it and pulling the hand made it really sore again. another day off

Had an MRI scan today because the xray can't see through the swelling

And supposed to be on a xc ski training camp today but I can't ski
I spoke to Göran and he said go any way
I plan to try running soon
