Cawthore and Keldy FCC long (last time i was there at the JK i only got to no3 and was competly lost so had to retire)
Turned up at the event to run th 20 short but barrie had a word befor i had a chance to change!
really struggled with the distence but pushed my way around.
abit gutted!!

Really enjoyed it! good area cant belive ive never been and it only 40mins from home.
Felt shit on the paths i cunt get any speed up at all. but i dint do too bad to say im getting over illness came 8th
