SYO regional event - Tankersly
Realy enjoyerble and fast with tricky parts.
Probly lost at least 2mins 45secs. messed up no2 and lost 1:20 there!! was running hard round to 19 then leaving it i hit a bit of a wall and didnt realy get my speed up again
Came 3rd on course 3 and won the JM5L

from lukes to college to get my bike then back to lukes to leave it there while i go training, then run to dringhouse sports club.

ran the loop (2mile) as a warm up with the club then ran it at 10k pace. dont think my legs had realy recoverd from the x-country because they wer killing

Yorkshire Cross Country Champs
5 laps of a school playing feild with a few hills. My first cross country race and my first race for knavesmire. Only found out that the race was on, on wednesday so i had to run under some one else is name and because matt speake was injured i ran as him. Came 112th

Ran from hole of horcum car park to blaky topping and ran over it and back then to the top and back down. forgot to take my invo8 shoes so had to run in my road shoes and found it hard to stay on my feet otherwise would have done more
