cut it abit short because it was minging

cycle with louise when she did her intervals, knew it would be easy for me so tried without my moon boot and the foot felt fine, felt nothing from the area thats broken

not really suppose to be walking around with out the boot on but i have abit indoors and feels ok and there is less pressure on a bike.
