abit better, court treb quite early and ran together for most of the course until i made 2 misstakes in the last 2 controls! but scrappy in the circul on a few other controls. he still seams faster than me but think for most i orienteered better.

always seams to be right near the end i lose concentration and make quite big misstakes!

not good! did get into it before the race so made loads of misses in th 1st 1/2 started to get it in the 2nd

cold seemed abit better before the race but found it hard to breath when running and rough as fuck after

was orienteering pretty well but one big miss 3min and a 10s one

good area but not planned well

only ran the blue because wasnt sure how the foot would be but was ok alittle sore at times but enjoyed the race so was happy

pretty clean but no14 was bad, gorund was covered by unmapped gorse but i dont think i was consentrating well either
