SM Long Final C

Ran pretty well. Tried to run a bit harder today.
Missed 45s on on no3 when getting near the control I couldnt see the hill with the crag (and control) because I thought they would be bigger so I made a quick decision I was too low. Should have paused and worked it out better. (Also on this leg I planned to follow the marsh upto the path but lost it pretty quickly so decided to use the compass upto the path and relocate there)

and lost 1min on no6 when I couldnt find the path thought the green, after confusing myself more I changed plan to run though the felled area.

feeling quite tired at the end and trying to hold the orienteering together but noticed it didnt flow aswell, nothing major though
(examples - no9 climbed too high then struggled down the slope,
no10 didnt plan well just, decided I just to get to the hill and then made up it up as I went along,
no11 stood next to the control but confused where it was)
