After feeling ill since euromeeting I didn't think I would run the whole course or take it easy but realized on the way I felt better and fancied have a go.
Physically was ok, felt strong but slow. Tried pushing a bit in the second half.
Technically pretty good. Missed 1min in the circle at no4, 30sec at no8 stopping short and not the fastest route to 13 (I thought it was safest)
