Easy long run round Battlefield, felt a lot better than 2 weeks ago but still a bit weak on the hills. Leg speed OK on flat but still protecting stamina by not pushing.

Easy run with a long run tomorrow morning. Treatment day as well at chiropractor for ITB and piriformis. Stretched after run and also pendulum leg exercise for core strength.

After warmup went into "gentle" fartlek as prelude to speedwork next week. Fully stretched afterwards, definately feel to be on uptick but legs just not that strong at the moment.

Easy run with a couple of up tempo bits in the middle. Legs feeling a lot better than of late, but piriformis still very stiff. Suffering now is just result of the lost training and the thought of upcoming interval sessions!

Easy run, 2% incline. Sore throat feeling a lot easier and legs just tired rather than jelly like. Still have very tight tops of hamstrings.

easy run, and legs feeling a little better as sore throat seems to be easing a bit. Very tight top of hamstrings/piriformis.
