QOC Beer Chase - One case of major brain fade resulting in a mispunch, otherwise reasonably clean and sort of competitive. Apart from the aforementioned brainfart at 7 most of course was fairly clean apart from a 30-60 second error at 2nd control of second loop when I deviated from first laps route.

Easy run - briskyard loop at around 7am before heat sets in, still dripping at end of run so not sure how my body is going to react to tomorrows midday race with 100 +90% humidity!

1.5 mile warm up and 9x400 (I was being "encouraged" to get my training over quickly for the day!" First 4 reps at about 5:40 pace then backing off to about 5:50 for rest. 0.75 cool down

Swimming cool down 10L - but the pool is starting to warm up and be less beneficial :-( Going to try and get cooling for it........

Easy training run with some speed ups while on travel in a very hot Fort Worth. Ended up in meetings and after work dinner til late yesterday which squelched training.
