Road run about 2pm to just try and slowly get used to the heat, made sure was well watered up and seemed to be OK. But still dont feel able to run well in the heat (86F)
Round the golf course early this morning before temp goes way up, still felt hot and just was careful not to push after overheating last night, felt easy but still humidity got to me....roll on Summer???
Attempted a fartlek seesion this evening, manged 5x2mins and 1x1min before the heat got to me. Ended up cutting it about a mile short. Need to drink more liquid and if doing intervals either do them early or on a track where I can get a regular fluid intake
Golf Course run this morning and a bit better than yesterday, legs didnt feel as dead but feeling a bit of an upset stomach from to much Chinese food last night. Hopefully will be sorted in next couple of days!
Golf Course run and feeling really sluggish the whole time. Legs felt like they just didn't want to move - maybe still filled with beer from Sundays race?
Just drove home rather than run at airfield and just no enthusiasm when got home. Right knee painful on drive and needed to keep trying to straighten it while driving
