Jug Bay Beer Chase -Got dropped a bit in the rush into first control but then really screwed up the second option control and lost 2-3 mins+.

Gentle warm up then 30min session of 14 or 15 x 30secs at 11mph on treadmill. Still looking for a track area to do the reps

Morning Golf Course run, nice and peaceful with the weekend over and the early start golfers gone away. Legs felt fairly frisky and not too hot either, travel next 2 days may cramp training but aim not to let that happen....
