Ride out to Bottle lake for some training. Went hard, and had good tail wind. Wasnt concentrating when turning into the entrance, and came off bike at quite a good speed, landed hard. Road rash on my knee, elbow and hip. Hip quite sore.

Training was in pairs, I went with Aaron. Each had different courses and had to lead the other person to your control, then they lead to their control and vice versa. Basically ment you had to keep track of where you were on the map the whole time. Was good for me also because it was faster than I would normally orienteer, and also I didnt want to stuff up cause then Aaron would give me shit!
