Since it has been 13 days since I had cataract surgery and intraocular lens implant for R eye for distance vision) and tomorrow I will have the same for L eye, but with lens for reading, I decided I could run. Amazingly I ran OK. Felt good. Lovely warm day in St. Louis, two in a row. After tomorrow's lens implant, I won't be able to run again for a week or so.

Warm today (55 degrees F or approximately 13 degrees C) in St. Louis, so this afternoon I walked in Wilmore Park for a half hour. Lots of memories from my childhood and from Zan's. Should be able to do that on another warm day tomorrow. Then L eye cataract surgery on Thursday with intraocular lens implant for near vision.
