First race of the St. Louis Track Club Frostbite Series in Forest Park. I ran about 10 minutes before the race, then the race, and then ran another 10 minues.

Ran the 5 km race on the new stretch of Highway 40 this morning, on the Feast of St. Nicholas, before the highway opens to vehicles tomorrow morning. Nippy temperatures, but otherwise clear, partially cloudy weather. I was dressed properly for the weather. Totally fun.
