Rode my sister's old folding bicycle around the neighborhood and along the drainage canal. I saw a red-tailed hawk, a great blue heron, and a turtle.

Ran at about 8:00 am in the neighborhood around my sister's home in Palm Bay, FL (stopped here on my way to St. Thomas, VI). Hot and humid, of course, but not as bad as in St. Louis, MO this week. Ran slow and steady.

This afternoon at had a 45-minute massage at my sister's health club. Heavenly. I needed that.

Went with my sister to water aerobics class at her Pro Health Center. I got a pretty good workout.
