Ran Tower Grove Park twice to make 10 km. Stopped to pet lots of dogs and also at each water fountain (6 each trip around the park) for a drink. But otherwise, I kept running the whole way.

St. Louis Cross-Country Kickoff 5km at Forest Park. My mile splits were 10:45, 11:07, 11:17 and then I finished in just under 35 minutes.
