St. Louis Track Club Pace Run in Forest Park

I seem to recall that last year this run was arduous for me. Again this year. I did run the whole distance, albeit slowly and with walking while I drank the water provided in order not to aspirate. During the last mile I did stop to catch my breath a few times. And then I resumed runnning.
