I'm rehabbing a pulled L hamstring. Want to be able to run, possibly, by June 14 for the St. Louis Komen Race for the Cure. However, if I can't run, I'll walk.

Injured my L hamstring on a run in Tower Grove Park probably on Monday, May 19. Then I ran the 200 m at the St. Louis Senior Olympics on May 25, and decided it was not time to run but rather to start rehabbing with ice and rest. So I didn't do any of the rest of my events in the Sr. Olympics. And now I'll do walking, and stretching, and alternating heat and cold.
