Ran in Tower Grove Park on an unseasonably warm autumn day in St. Louis. The park was glorious. I stopped frequently to pet the puppy dogs and catch my breath. Ran slowly as usual now.

Ran the cross-country course in Wilmore Park after the Districts in which Rosati-Kain (Zan's high school) won and Nick Shafer-Skelton ran with his U City team. After the meet, I gave out Obama-Biden yard signs from Obama headquarters. Many people were eager to get them.
