Essentrics Weight Loss 10:00 [2]

I learned about Essentrics on Public Television. I can get the instruction on youtube. So I see what I am supposed to do for each exercise and then pause the youtube video and do the reps. It's a nice workout.

Pilates Fusion at the Y (Nustep arm&leg trainer) 40:00 [2]

Kate, Friday yoga teacher, had a last-minute problem. So young Amy did Pi-Yo. Too fast for me. So I stayed at Y and did NuStep trainer. Good arm, leg, and back workout for two 20-minute segments. Also, did some assisted pull-ups and push-ups. Nice machine. I should do some of those every time I go to the Y.

running 52:00 [2]

Ran from home and around Tower Grove Park. Temperature in the mid60s. Sunny.

I now occasionally ask people walking a dog or two if the puppies would like to give an old lady a break. They usually do.

I can't even remember when was the last time I ran.

Looking forward to a massage tomorrow morning.
