Ran Tower Grove Park but there was still a lot of snow on paths and roads. However, I did find some good stretches of asphalt, but then occasionally still had to go through patches of snow and/or slush on the asphalt.

Final event of the St. Louis Track Club's Frostbite Series, short. I got 3rd place overall for the series for Females 65 - 69. I managed to do the 11:10 min/mile pace that was my goal today. My mile splits were 11:14, 11:20, and 10:55.

Fleet Fee 4 km in conjunction with the National Cross-Country Championships at Forest Park in St. Louis, MO. Much fun. 2nd of 2 in my category of Females 65-69, 44 seconds and 4 runners behind the woman who was 1st (not someone I know).
