Easy skate cruise round the 15km with Kein. Loads of snow still. Great conditions.

In the indoor track. 7 x (1.15 200m, 2.20 400m). Was doing some 34s and 70s. Was fastest there this evening, could probably have gone a bit faster if some of the faster guys were there. Good sesh.

10min warm-up. 31 min good steady pace round a wee event at Stanga. Pretty cool little course with good runnable forest and tracks. 10 min warm-down.
