40 minute warm-up round Jungfru and Ulv. Then 30sec-45sec-1min efforts up the track to the mast with cruise down recoveries. Good session.

Was feeling a bit tired. Went to cycle round Runn, but saw a suspect thing on my tyre as I rode out of town. Stopped and saw tyre was split on the side, most probably from the puncture a couple of weeks ago. So just cruised round Varpan. Probably a blessing in disguise going for an easier ride.
