Red Hill Norman in a combined FM/F bunch which did the usual of getting faster and dropping more riders through the ride. Did quite a lot of sitting at the back towards the end.

Bilbys golf, did F/M this week as feeling a bit tired, but probably the same amount of work as a ride in the fast bunch. Good bunch that kept rolling through the whole way.

TMMGs on ainslie with a few roos for company, the 'gatekeeper' was by the roadside as well, but luckily was interested in the patch of grass he was eating rather than jumping in front of bikes.

shoes: La Sportiva Helios SR

Home made intervals on the ridge, 7x 3min efforts with 1 min recovery. Not super fast, but not flat either. Took a lot less time than Tuesday bilbys.
