Red Hill Norman in a combined FM/F bunch which did the usual of getting faster and dropping more riders through the ride. Did quite a lot of sitting at the back towards the end.

Bilbys golf, did F/M this week as feeling a bit tired, but probably the same amount of work as a ride in the fast bunch. Good bunch that kept rolling through the whole way.

Home made intervals on the ridge, 7x 3min efforts with 1 min recovery. Not super fast, but not flat either. Took a lot less time than Tuesday bilbys.
