Czech Cup in the middle distance.

I'm been slow, in remember of the yesterday race, but today was possible to navigate faster. Despite the low speed I did 2 big mistakes, once I didn't see a crossing where te road I had to follow should be whide and well marked instead it wass full of grass and once due to hurry after the map change: I took the wrong direction after the first crossroads.

Anyway a good weekend of training with demanding races, but may be not the best to find good feelings before the European Championships.

Long race in Czech Republic. Really demanding terrain, the course was both phisically and technically demanding. In the end I was tired.
