Italian championships in the middle distance. Another bad race... but this is not enough, my sport ident chip didn't work in the two last controls and I was disqualified.

Now I watch the XCO world cup race in Nove Mesto, the course is really funny!

I did some strength intervals (5 hard + 3 easy for 3 times).

Yesterday I mounted the rigid fork on my bike, because I had to send the suspension fork to the service center. It's really funny ride with the rigid fork!

MTB Orienteering race (Score) 4:01:19 [4]

Score race with Luca. The objective of the race was to make the biggest amount of points in 4 hour, the controls had different values.
The map had a scale of 1:25000, it was very big: all the maps of the last days merged togheter.

We had no experience on this kind races before, and we started without taking care to the value of the controls, at the end we realised that we spent a lot of time punching controls of little value.
