Joined forces with Ali to go skiing, then got us lost getting to the trail, so that it was basically fully dark before we started. I had no light, which made the icy descent harrowing; I ran two of the three descents. 2x6x40/20, double pole. Elbow was so-so. Knee was fine. Actually managed to be working pretty hard for these, but it wasn't really enough of a workout - should have done another set, but we were running late for dinner already, thanks to the scenic tour of Shutesbury on our way over there.
