Had biked downtown after work to run an errand. On the way back, flopped over in an intersection while avoiding a turning vehicle. It was my fault. Banged my left knee, hip, arm and wrist, and the left side of my helmet. Wrist is messed up for a while.... but not broken. I won't be able to hold handle bars for probably at least two weeks. Should be able to start running soon.
