A good run on a good day. Mostly avoided trails, but towards the end I found them more attractive. Good course design... many good an interesting legs... variety of leg lengths and directions... good use of the park (avoiding thickest veg in the south).

Nice course... there was some real route choice. Great evening to be out.
My legs were tired from run in the morning so stuck with CB. That was my longest road run in a few months, and this was longest bike in a few months. Didn't plan to double up, but that's the way it worked out.
I wish I would have had time to remove my studded tires, but I made use of them on Saturday.
