After New York I've decided I need to work on terrain, hills, and endurance, so that's my primary plan between now and the CSU meet. Today I had an evening meeting in Santa Clarita, so I took advantage of going that direction for a trip to Vasquez Rocks. I did off-trail hill intervals. Each interval went over the hill by a slightly different route. Rested until my HR recovered to 120. 5 reps. I wish I had more time, I definitely had a few more reps in me.
