Training at ski golf again with baeekakkklslk club.

Some intervals. Did some really well. I just switch off completely when I make a mistake. I need to stop and work out how to solve it. Still getting better feelings in the forest than I was a week ago.

Ankle still annoying AF. But it's fine when running aggressively

Relay training with the Chinese. Good fun. Was all alone the whole time but the pressure of people chasing was nice.

Stuffed up one control y like4mins. Really bad. Not minimizing these errors.

Left the watch at home and got the head in a better place. Only worrying about map and compass and the processes.
