Took it pretty chilled, navigation was pretty decent stuffed up 2 a bit. Otherwise probably poor route choices. Need to skirt around the marshes a bit more and just get rid of those uncertainties. Wasn't too bothered about today. Will give tomorrow a bit of a crack and definitely race the 4.5km stage as hard as possible.

Really windy, pretty cool terrain, quite tough.

Orienteering at UCD. Very nice area with some traps. A couple of time losses here and there. Not too focused so wasn't concentrating on taking best lines. Good course.

Local summer series event in Tymon park. Focused on crushing the finish sprint. Was also thinking about dq'ing myself to make sure mine and South African attackpoint rankings don't crash.
