Got absolutely destroyed today.. at least I pipped Tim by 2 secs :P

Pretty much a perfect race, maybe started too hard so died a bit the second half, couldv saved tops probably 15 seconds, but got beaten by 1:41 by MCrone. Decent speed early in the season.

Doing time trial this week some time so will see how my speed on that is....

climb just a guess.

Hit the track for some speedwork,

did 3 x 600, 4 x 300;

Was in the 4th lane so times really slow because of that and because I'm slow at the mo.
