Water stone college Sprint

Easy course lost time on 1 and 12, one cos it took me a while to adjust the map to north, 12 cos a gap was actually closed, so max time loss was lik 20 secs, pretty much a running course tho, luckily mike wasn't here, and glad I beat Tim.

Need to get motivated to train properly. Got SA Champs and then Big 5 to train for.

Chilled run, pretty awesome route, some nice hills and one really awesome rolling hills road.

One of my goals for the next few weeks is to keep my weekly training time above Christie's, so got a bit of work to do :p
