Running 400 whilst reading map and memorizing legs, pretty quality, good training reading at speed will do it at my ints sessions

Nice session.

Was at home so no track so decided to try do 3 *1500m uphill zigzaggy ints in my neighbourhood. Was pretty smashed after 2 so just did a 1000 on the 3rd.

ankle is almost 100% my hamstring is a bit tight still tho

Was very chilled, left hamstring feeling tight after it having to do the work when my right ankle was sore.
