Orienteering race 22:23 [4] *** 4.95 km (4:31 / km) +120m 4:02 / km
spiked:15/25c shoes: Inov8 Oroc 280

Pretty average performance, didn't go into with a proper warm up, and wasn't mentally prepared.

1: Stuffed up one pretty badly went into the buildings too early, and got caught by uncrossable fence.

2,3,4,5,6 were solid picked the best routes for these. (I think)

7: very awkward, stopped early because the guard hut wasn't on the map and slowly carried on around to the control.

8,9,10(lost time running straight at uncrossable wall),11,12 were fine picked the right routes again.

13: I lost some time, should've carried straight on down the stairs to the path going accross the grass, went right instead.

14: picked the wrong route should've gone west first but went north instead.

15,16 fine.

17: Lost quite a bit of time here, got funnelled out too far so had to go all the way round the long thin building and then around some olive green there also.

18: all right too much hesitation in the beginning tho.

19,20 good.

21: awkward hesitations with the path.

22,23,24 solid.

25: kak, got beaten by my pops on this one :/

Didn't push hard, awesome area and course :D
