Felt like kak, was meant to do double the time but once I got up Cowley, I decided to head back.

Was as if I couldn't have gone faster if I tried. At least I got up Cowley Road.

Did some tennis O, was more awesome than I expected it to be :D lots of opportunity to make it even more interesting also.

Also did some puzzles with JWOC maps after running a tennis course. need to get the maps printed in the right scale tho.. Did some route choice on the sprint and long maps, need to get them laminated for unlimited space for activities!

Hectic sesh ! did 6 x 1000m with 2 minutes rest. think i'm pretty happy with the times not really sure what I shouldv been going for so got faster thru the session.

hammy's are still stiff from hockey, not used to sprinting full on. so having a rest day, and got loads of work.
