ran the sunninghill time trial. kind of a warm up for the second half and to check out the route. saw and spoke to Nathan briefly as he passed me on the first lap, was hoping to use him as a target for the second lap, but he only did one..

Went hard without rest from the first lap.. pretty shitty time. at least got a benchmark for my speed and fitness now. cracked up the long hill, even my arms were hurting, maybe need to do some strength?
